At Bucanero´s, we feature the freshest seafood dishes that will both surprise and delight you. Our menu showcases an outstanding collection of seafood entries, USDA prime steaks, lamb, chicken, chops, pasta and salads. You will find delectable appetizers, soups, sides and desserts that will tantalize your taste buds as well as please your eyes.
We at Bucanero´s have a very simple philosophy about fine food. We buy only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. We buy our sea food daily, fresh off the boat. We shop daily for the freshest, highest quality local fruits and vegetables. Our imported steaks are USDA Prime only. We deal direct with the local growers to obtain the finest Panamanian beef, chicken and pork, always chemical and hormone free.

Everything is made to order in our kitchen, using love, passion and expert techniques. We believe that fine cuisine is of the highest and most important art forms. It can´t be rushed and it must be savored.
